The Marketing Challenges

Communications from acquired companies required a facelift

As a professional employer organization, TriNet provides Fortune 500 level benefits and HR services to thousands of small businesses around the country. Over the course of a few years, the company experienced exponential growth - both organically and through acquisitions. Post-acquisitions, the company wanted to update legacy materials such as paper benefit books to match the modern and professional branding of TriNet. In addition, the company wanted to increase participation in its benefit offerings and utilization of its online tools.

The Craft Impact Solution

Rebrand and rework communications strategy to modernize and drive action

Craft Impact completed a full communications audit of the benefit materials that were being used by the acquired companies. Craft Impact:

  • rebranded the materials
  • updated the content to be easier to digest
  • added action-oriented verbiage to encourage online enrollment
  • built and deployed additional communication deliverables to align with the successful TriNet benefit communication strategy already in place
