Stephen Beach
Stephen is the Co-Founder and CEO of Craft Impact. A sales rep turned inbound marketer, he brings a unique perspective on how marketing and sales alignment can actually drive results. Stephen graduated from the University of Notre Dame and co-founded Craft Impact in 2012 with his wife Traci. He lives in the Tampa Bay area with their three kids. When he's not helping advisors ditch random acts of marketing, you'll find him on the golf course or hunting down the perfect craft beer.
Faustin Weber
Faustin is a Marketing Strategist at Craft Impact. Before joining the team, he led operations and communications across multiple organizations, developing a knack for breaking down complex ideas into strategies people can actually use. Faustin holds a dual bachelor's and master's degree from the University of Notre Dame. He lives in Columbus, Ohio with his wife and four kids. Outside of work, he's either hiking with his family or following Notre Dame football with slightly too much emotional investment.
