Role Overview

We're looking for a highly organized, proactive Project Manager & Marketing Support professional who can successfully plan, execute, monitor, and deliver client projects while supporting ongoing marketing initiatives.

This role combines project management with hands-on marketing execution. You'll coordinate internal teams, manage client communication, oversee timelines and budgets, and help execute content across multiple marketing channels. Success in this role comes from balancing organization, communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail while consistently delivering outstanding client experiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, organize, and manage client projects from kickoff through completion.
  • Develop project plans including scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, deliverables, and success metrics.
  • Set up projects, assign tasks, and coordinate deadlines across internal teams.
  • Onboard new clients and maintain client system access.
  • Schedule and coordinate client meetings, workshops, and internal planning sessions.
  • Organize project documentation, assets, recordings, notes, and communication.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, timelines, and deliverables using ClickUp, Harvest, and other project management tools.
  • Track project performance and recommend adjustments when scope, timelines, or budgets change.

  • Publish and manage blog content in HubSpot or WordPress.

  • Assist with simple video editing or coordinate video production.
  • Help manage sales and marketing collateral.
  • Maintain content calendars and organize marketing tasks.

We’re looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented Video & Podcast Editor who can take raw recorded content and turn it into polished videos across multiple formats and platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on quick turnarounds, enjoys creative storytelling, and has a strong sense for what drives engagement on social media.

You’ll work primarily in Descript and also use Canva to create simple, impactful visual elements that elevate the content. You should be comfortable selecting the most compelling moments from longer recordings to produce high-performing clips.

What You’ll Do

  • Edit raw talking-head videos (recorded in Descript) into polished, engaging content
  • Pick out compelling, high-engagement clips from longer recordings for short-form posts
  • Create simple but impactful graphics in Canva (e.g., callouts, branded frames, icon overlays, visual emphasis elements) to incorporate into videos
  • Produce multiple versions of each video (16:9, 9:16, 1:1, reels, shorts, thumbnails, etc.)
  • Add brand-aligned captions, graphics, b-roll, and lower thirds
  • Build and manage layout packs in Descript
  • Improve audio and video quality using Descript’s features and other tools as necessary
  • Post videos and optimize on YouTube and social channels including LinkedIn and Instagram, and podcasting platforms as necessary
  • Collaborate with project managers to understand client needs and ensure brand consistency
  • Maintain quick turnaround times without sacrificing quality
  • Organize files, timelines, and exports for multiple clients at once
  • Stay current on social platform specs and content trends
  • Offer creative ideas that elevate video quality, storytelling, and engagement

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience with Descript or background in professional video editing, and willing to learn a new tool (required)
  • Experience creating clean, branded graphics in Canva
  • Portfolio showing short-form, social-first video editing
  • Strong editorial sense for picking high-impact clips and storytelling moments
  • Excellent attention to detail and visual polish
  • Ability to work quickly and independently—minimal oversight needed
  • Comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Understanding of social media trends, especially for professional audiences
  • Agency experience is a plus
